We do not offer refunds at this point, but we offer exchange options for all products that are logged within 3 days.
Products should be returned using the same delivery method that was used for shipping. Faiga will not pay the courier’s return fee and ship the requested exchange product (for items not on sale). If the requested exchange product is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit that you can use at faiga.co.za at any time.
