We do not offer refunds at this point, but we offer exchange options for all products that are logged within 7 days.
Products should be returned using the same delivery method that was used for shipping. Faiga will pay the courier’s return fee and ship the requested exchange product. If the requested exchange product is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit that you can use at faiga.co.za at any time. We only exchange an item once, so please make sure you select the correct size on your second order (exchange order). If you fail to choose the correct size on the exchange order, you’ll be liable for courier fees.
